Each partner in the firm is a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia. Beryl H. Since the inception of the firm in 1973, the firm and its members have represented the Georgia Department of Transportation and Fulton County in all phases of right-of-way acquisitions, including closings, condemnation litigation, jury trials and appeals.
