Our attorneys provide numerous estate planning services. We can assist you in the preparation of wills, trusts, and other documents. We strive to understand the client’s desires and to formulate a comprehensive estate plan to help accomplish those goals. We frequently work with a client’s certified financial planner to help implement the estate plan of complex estates to help avoid taxes.
Our firm frequently handles estate administration. Upon the death of a loved one, we can help the client probate the will and administer the estate. We provide a detailed checklist to the personal representative of the duties of the executor and administrator and stand ready and willing to assist the personal representative in handling any matters relating to the estate. We routinely work with a client’s certified public accountant and financial planner to seamlessly handle the administration of an estate.
